Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork shoulder
- Tailgate Spices Pigskin Pork Seasoning (see below) -1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Rub outside of pork with generous amount of Tailgate Spices Pigskin Pork Seasoning.
- lace pork in slow cooker and add remaining ingredients
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours until pork shreds easily with fork
